We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

Processing time: 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or peak season are outside our control.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on UK orders over £30.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first update.

Customs and import charges: Orders are shipped from outside the UK and the EU. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's rules and are the responsibility of the customer. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.

Wrong address: If you give us an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for a lost parcel. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct it.
