Everything you need to know about how fast your order arrives, what it costs and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves us you get a confirmation email with a tracking link. It can take a few hours for the first scan to appear — that is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order over £50. Two pairs of leggings always ship free, so ordering a second colour costs you nothing extra in delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check your address carefully at checkout. If something is wrong, email support@gymcoquette.com within 2 hours of ordering and we will fix it before dispatch.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, contact us at support@gymcoquette.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging. Contact support@gymcoquette.com and we will send you return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the parcel.
Customs & duties
UK and Ireland orders have no extra charges. For deliveries outside the UK and EU, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
